COVID-19 Suspended Shipments
Unfortunately, during these uncertain times, some countries have suspended their mail services for incoming international packages. For all other countries, please be aware, delivery may take up to six weeks. If you have any questions, please feel free to use the contact form on the website.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. To return an item, please contact us within 20 days of the order ship date. We will refund the purchase price of the product, however, shipping will not be refunded.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Most items are shipped First Class USPS mail. Insurance and upgraded shipping may be purchased. If you'd like to add one of these options to your purchase, please contact us.
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. However, if you purchase during a sale, shipping times may increase. Please contact us if you have questions on when your order will ship or if you need to expedite your order. If you ordered a Pre-order or back ordered item, all items in your order will be held to ship with the pre-order/back-order item unless other arrangements are made.
When purchasing, please be sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for items lost or returned due to a bad address. We are happy to resend returned items, but you may be responsible for covering shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL Customers: We are happy to ship to international addresses when possible. Shipping charges are calculate at checkout and are based off the total order weight. Please be sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate as we are unable to determine if anything is missing. We ship USPS unless other arrangements are made. The buyer assumes all responsibility for lost packages. Purchase at your own risk. When items are shipped USPS, tracking information is only available to the US port for many countries but will vary depending on the end carrier and their procedures. We are happy to ship UPS, USPS Express International or Certified Mail at the customer's expense. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship all over the world, with the exception of China. Due to animal testing requirements, we are unable to ship our products to China.
