***Silk Mica is natural and is similar to sericite mica, but it is silkier, whiter, and offers a soft, smooth texture.
***Boron Nitride is a soft, silky, white mineral powder that adds slip and adhesion to a product. Boron Nitride is soft, adds supreme creaminess to the powder, and is a natural, inert mineral.
***Carnauba Wax Mica is Sericite Mica that has been surface treated with Carnauba Wax; the wax coating helps bind the particles, so the formulas have less fly away when pressed.
***Titanium Dioxide is a natural mineral used to whiten, and it makes a product more opaque.
***Magnesium Stearate is a chemical compound of Magnesium (element, same as in vitamins) and Stearate (plant-derived).
***Magnesium Myristate is the combination of Magnesium (a mineral) and Myristate, a fatty acid (naturally occurring). Magnesium Myristate will add adhesion, slip, a soft feel, and will help to repel water.
***Zinc Stearate is made from natural and essential raw materials.
***Fractionated Coconut Oil (we use this to bind our powders) - fraction of coconut oil comprised mainly of Capric and Caprylic Acid, thus giving it more of an antioxidant and disinfecting effect. Fractionated Coconut Oil has a long shelf life, stability, and rancidity resistance.
***Colored Micas add color, shimmer, and shine to the product.
***Nylon12 is a powder we use to help with slip in some of our deeper, more pigmented shades.
***Oxides are natural minerals and add color to the product; they also help to make the product opaque.
***Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol - Preservative we use to preserve our eyeshadows and make them last longer.

I specifically went looking for this shade because it's a perfect shade of mauve. A deeper pink leaning on a slight dusty red purple. I like to collect various shades of mauve and this is a good one. The pigment is strong and smooth and all the Sydney Grace shades blend so well. I believe I've gotten spoiled with them just because their quality and pricing is so good and consistent. "Nude" neutral purple - great for hazel/green eyes!
I am a recent convert to Sydney Grace shadows and I love them for their extreme pigmentation and zero-waste packaging. This was one of the first shades I purchased, as my daily "nude" shades tend to be more in the purples/greys than browns. For me, this is the purple equivalent to a sort of cool/neutral taupe. Like all Sydney Grace shadows, it can be tapped on for a potent burst of color, or lightly applied for a delicate colorwash that lasts all day (my personal preference). This is a great shadow to apply sheer with a classic liquid liner cat eye and a great purple for someone who is scared of color. Highly recommend.

If youre into mauves and dusty roses as well this is your shadow. I already have predictable but couldnt say no to countess, its a bit cooler and a bit deeper. Love this shadow ! I'd be thrilled to see more of dusty roses and purples. So happy you're creating new pretty undertones, I wanna have them all :))
