Our chic empty magnetic palettes make storing your Sydney Grace single eye shadows a breeze. Made of sturdy cardboard with a strong magnetic base, your shadows, blushes, and highlighters will stay secure in our palettes. The magnet is strong enough to hold them from slipping and sliding, even if your palette has room for more little beauties. A high-quality mirror takes up the majority of the inside lid of each palette, making touch ups and makeup on-the-go easy. No funhouse mirror distortion here!
Our empty palettes are perfect for holding any of our eye shadows (26mm), blushes or highlighters (42mm).
Small - holds 9 - 26 mm pans. Outside dimensions: 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 7/16" (perfect travel companion for your essential eye looks)
Medium - holds 12 - 26 mm pans. Outside dimensions: 5 1/4” X 4 1/4" x 7/16" (big enough for your everyday palette and small enough for a travel palette)
Large - holds 24 - 26 mm pans. Outside dimensions: 7 1/4" x 5 3/16" x 7/16" (holds all your favorites and still small enough to drop in a bag for on the go)
XLarge size - holds 54 - 26 mm pans. Outside dimensions: 10 1/4" x 7 1/4" x 7/16" (a makeup lover's dream!)
The empty palettes were specifically sized to fit eyeshadows perfectly, but they are also great for holding blush, highlighter, and bronzers. However, they don't fit quite as perfectly in the palettes as the eye shadows do. They do make for a good all-in-one palette as most will hold large pans in addition to a couple smaller shadow pans. The X Large: 15 blush/highlighter/bronzer pans with room for several shadows along the side and bottom
The Large: 6 blush/highlighter/bronzer pans with 6 shadows
The Medium: 3 blush/highlighter/bronzer with 3 shadows (strategically placed)
The Small: 2 blush/highlighter/bronzer with 2 shadows

Not the most functional, and it’s a process
These palettes are sturdy, quite magnetic and have a distortion-free mirror. However. I really wish they had clear covers or a variety of cover designs so I don’t have to repeatedly open them to see what’s inside. I ordered 2 medium palettes, assembled 2 color stories, and applied pretty labels to distinguish them. (I don’t like mega sized palettes; dropping one was a tragedy in my marble bathroom.) The singles fit perfectly and tightly edge to edge, which is great, but it’s hard to pick one up to see the color name without making a little mess, even with a magnetic pen tool. So I wrote the color names very neatly on the 1cm border once I had a 12 pan color story finalized, which in itself was a minor project. I used a dark gold pen to coordinate the palette’s design of metallic lines. I like seeing color names, and it prevents accidentally buying duplicates which has definitely happened. My takeaway from this: although I understand color theory, I’m definitely not the type to enjoy makeup as a DIY project . The hit or miss of color representation that happens for me on this site more than others makes it time consuming to check the swatches on other sites. Going forward I’ll stick to premade palettes given SG makes excellent ones. Palettes 3.5/5

We need more colors please!
I love these palettes! I have multiple and they are all full of SG eyeshadows. They are great quality, the magnet is perfect, strong enough to hold pans in place but not so strong that they are difficult to remove. We need more colors though so I can tell my palettes apart without having to open each one.

Perfect size for a colour story
Whether you are using Sydney Grace singles or somebody else’s. This is a perfect size to put together a shade range for a season or for all time. Put the tones and textures you want in palette in the order you want. It’s easy enough to take them out and rearrange or put them away when you’re done playing. The palettes have a strong enough magnet that they’re safe for travel.
