Medium to dark taupe with a mauve undertone. This is a reformulation of our original Rover and does NOT contain carmine. Due to that, the color is a little different than the original.

***Silk Mica is natural and is similar to sericite mica, but it is silkier, whiter, and offers a soft, smooth texture.
***Boron Nitride is a soft, silky, white mineral powder that adds slip and adhesion to a product. Boron Nitride is soft and adds supreme creaminess to the powder, and is a natural, inert mineral.
***Carnauba Wax Mica is Sericite Mica that has been surface treated with Carnauba Wax, the wax coating helps bind the particles, so the formulas have less fly away when pressed.
***Titanium Dioxide is a natural mineral used to whiten, and it makes a product more opaque.
***Magnesium Stearate is a chemical compound of Magnesium (element, same as in vitamins) and Stearate (plant-derived).
***Magnesium Myristate is the combination of Magnesium (a mineral) and Myristate, a fatty acid (naturally occurring). Magnesium Myristate will add adhesion, slip, soft feel, and helps to repel water.
***Zinc Stearate made from natural and essential raw material.
***Fractionated Coconut Oil (we use this to bind our powders) - fraction of coconut oil comprised mainly of Capric and Caprylic Acid, thus giving it more of an antioxidant and disinfecting effect. Fractionated Coconut Oil has a long shelf life, stability, and rancidity resistance.
***Colored Micas add color, shimmer, and shine to the product.
***Nylon12 is a powder we use to help with the slip in some of our deeper, more pigmented shades.
***Oxides are natural minerals and add color to the product, also helps with making the product opaque.
***Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol - Preservative we use to preserve our eyeshadows and make them last longer.

Brown shimmer
This is a blendable shimmer that is not metallic. Great for one shadow look or to deepen a look.

NOT Brown, but Still Nice
My first reaction upon receiving Rover was, "This is GRAY!" For some reason, I'd expected more of a mocha brown. Upon inspection in a different light, I discovered that Rover is a dark, slightly cool satin-finish taupe. It works fine as a crease shade on NW15 me, with a light taupe on the lids. Rover has the typical Sydney Grace buttery smoothness and generous pigmentation. It lasts for hours on my *very* oily skin over a good primer. This is a real "staple."

Easy one-color look!
I love this shade for a one-color look! It's the perfect amount of depth and sheen, plus no need for a transition shade when it blends so well!

Much darker than online pic
I was surprised at how much darker this was when it arrived but I do use this as an all over the lid “one and done” shadow color. It’s a good everyday workhorse color.

Rover
I LOVE this shade! Rover is a medium - deep shimmery brown. Somewhat golden, yet also subtle hints of gray. This shade would be *perfect* on the lid of a brown smoky eye if you cant pull off or do not prefer cool shades. I highly recommend this shade!
