Tiny Marvels was a special project curated and brought to life by the late very talented Mel Thompson. With the blessing of her family, we want to continue to share her love, creativity, and passion with others. As a way to show our love and support, we are donating a portion of the proceeds from this palette directly to Mel's family.
The artwork for this palette was done by Mel's friend and tattoo artist Pat Bennett (Red Nimbus Tattoo Club, Murfreesboro, TN) and reflects Mel's love for bugs and colorful tattoos.

This palette contains fifteen 2 gram eyeshadows for a total of 30 grams.

Ingredients: Silk Mica (Mica (77019), Boron Nitride, Carnauba Mica (Mica 77019 and Carnauba Wax), Magnesium Stearate, Magnesium Myristate, Zinc Stearate ((+/- Mica (77019), Fractionated Coconut Oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Chromium Green (CI77288), Iron Oxide (CI 77499, 77491, 77492), Tin Oxide (CI 778161), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Ferric Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Ultramarines (77007), Aluminum (77000), (Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, and Hexylene Glycol)).
***Silk Mica is natural and is similar to sericite mica, but it is silkier, whiter, and offers a soft, smooth texture.
***Boron Nitride is a soft, silky, white mineral powder that adds slip and adhesion to a product. Boron Nitride is soft and adds supreme creaminess to the powder, and is a natural, inert mineral.
***Carnauba Wax Mica is Sericite Mica that has been surface treated with Carnauba Wax, the wax coating helps bind the particles, so the formulas have less fly away when pressed.
***Titanium Dioxide is a natural mineral used to whiten, and it makes a product more opaque.
***Magnesium Stearate is a chemical compound of Magnesium (element, same as in vitamins) and Stearate (plant-derived).
***Magnesium Myristate is the combination of Magnesium (a mineral) and Myristate, a fatty acid (naturally occurring). Magnesium Myristate will add adhesion, slip, soft feel, and helps to repel water.
***Zinc Stearate made from natural and essential raw material.
***Fractionated Coconut Oil (we use this to bind our powders) - fraction of coconut oil comprised mainly of Capric and Caprylic Acid, thus giving it more of an antioxidant and disinfecting effect. Fractionated Coconut Oil has a long shelf life, stability, and rancidity resistance.
***Colored Micas add color, shimmer, and shine to the product.
***Nylon12 is a powder we use to help with the slip in some of our deeper, more pigmented shades.
***Oxides are natural minerals and add color to the product, also helps with making the product opaque.
***Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol - Preservative we use to preserve our eyeshadows and make them last longer.

Pleasantly Surprised
I've never tried anything from the brand before now. I was surprised by the quality and pan size. Mel is one of my favorite influencers and this was a wonderful collab. Great longevity and wear. Beautiful pigmentation. Definitely made me want to try more! Beautiful packaging.

Amazing Formula
I saw this palette all over Instagram and decided to try it out myself during a restock and I am extremely satisfied with the formula. Just make sure to tap on the metallics and duochrome rather than smear it on like I did at first. The mattes are very easy to blend out and blend together. If you like this color story I highly recommend you try it out for yourself.

Tiny Marvels palette
I waited until the restock to order this palette as I felt like I had other palettes with similar shades; I am so glad I finally did order it! The mattes are beautifully blendable, the shimmers are smooth and sparkly with no fall out, and the color story lends itself to a variety of looks both neutral and colorful; the color story can be either spring or fall. I love it!

Tiny Marvels are Marvelous
My top 3 reasons I love this palette. 1. Design! The artwork is even more gorgeous in person. I haven't been able to make myself recycle the packing box yet. 2. Versatility! The selection of shades, tones, and textures make this palette the most versatile in my collection. I can't count the number of looks I've created already, yet I'm further inspired every time I open my palette. I can do a simple one-and-done look, or I can create something complex. 3. Quality These are typical Sydney Grace shadows. They're A+ for pigmentation, texture, and blendability. Each shade is richly pigmented, yet it applies and blends like a dream. I've used everything from my $1 brushes to my $50 brushes to create beautiful looks. I have a massive eyeshadow collection, and this is the first palette I've ever considered getting a backup for. I know I'm going to hit pan on most if not all the shades just because I can't seem to make myself reach for anything else!

Yet Another Marvel!!
This launch went very smoothly for me, and I just found the collaboration between Sydney Grace x Mel Thompson to be a perfect fit, and it's a palette executed perfectly. The colours are so "Mel", and it's a special nod to her tattoo artist for providing the artwork (as a Creative Director myself, it's often frustrating to not see/hear the designers get any kudos). The Tiny Marvels palette is the same exceptional quality I've come to expect from Sydney Grace; very smooth to blend and easy to build up! My top shades are Fire-Butts, Mantis and Jewel Bee. I hope they'll be available as single when this palette is no longer restocked. <3 <3

Tiny Marvels Pallet
I found Sydney Grace because of Mel Thompson. I’ll be for ever grateful to have found this brand. This eyes pallet is AMAZING!! The artwork, the color story and the shadows preform perfectly. This is a wonderful partnership between Mel and S.G. Please bring us more pallets together. I need a Smokey pink nude pallet. Mel does those looks so well. Also a tiny Marvel 2 pallet. I bought 3 of these pallets.
