Product Overview
Alexandrite is a beautiful multichrome cream shadow with shifts of aqua blue and shades of purple.
These shadows are made to dry down to a smudge proof finish, they are not waterproof but they will last all day on the lids.
How to Apply: Put a dab (a little goes a long way) on the back of your hand or makeup palette and use a flat (not dense) lid brush, a fluffy brush, or your finger and brush onto the lids. Take the tip of the brush to buff it slightly into the crease or if you want a halo eye use a small blender brush to blend the edges out after you have applied it to the center of your lids They do dry fairly quickly so work 1 eye at a time. After it has dried down and you find that you might have missed a spot or it isn't as perfect as you would like, don't be afraid to rub gently back and forth - seriously it won't mess it up.
Ingredients: Aqua (Distilled Water), Glycerin, Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetyl Alcohol (and) Butylene Glycol (Emulsifier), Phenoxyethanol (and) Benzoic Acid (and) Dehydroacetic Acid (Preservative), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (and), Caprylic Triglyceride, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract (Calendula Extract) +/- Mica (Mica 77019), Fractionated Coconut Oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891) Vitamin E (Tocopherol), Silk Powder, Allantoin, Chromium Hydroxide Green (CI77289), Chromium Green (CI77288), Carmine, Iron Oxide (CI 77499, 77491, 77492), Tin Oxide (CI 778161), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Ferric Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Ultramarines (77007), Silica, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Zinc (CI 77947), Bronze and Copper Powder (CI 77400), Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol, and Aluminum Powder))

This looks awful on me
Neither this nor the other cream shadow I bought work for me. They make my eyes look really crepey and wrinkled -- way more than they actually are. They are also patchy on me, with or without eyeshadow primer.

More Like a Duochrome
This product is not a strong multichrome and did not show up for me like it did in the photos. On my eyes it was a pewter gray with blue and green sparkles, which shifted to a warm pink. It was a strange color, but more of a duochrome. The cream product itself is good quality but the color was off to me. I got mine on a good sale so I didn’t pay anywhere near the full price, so in that respect I’m okay with the purchase because I didn’t pay a lot. I don’t mind the color. I think it’s unique and pretty in it’s own way, but it’s not what I expected. However I would not recommend it for the sales price or even with a 15% off influencer discount because it’s not really a mulitchrome. I recommend the non multichrome Sydney Grace cream shadows because you’ll know what to expect as far as color and the quality is usually good. I still love the Sydney Grace quality overall and will keep on being a customer.

Alexandrite Multi-Chrome Cream Shadow
Absolutely stunning! This is my favorite multi-chrome. It's deep and dimensional. Sometimes I wear this cream shadow alone and other times I pair it with my other Sydney Grace purple eyeshadows like Beauregarde, Flannel and Rushed. Wear time is good. It's lasts on my eye all day with no creasing.

Beautiful
SG is really a good company; fast shipping; Alexandrite multichrome is a gorgeous color on my blue eyes (looks just like the gemstone) that I can combine with purple, green or blue all sensational; worked best when I purchased Real Techniques Eye Shader set to blend, as my other brushes didn't work as well; first time working w/these creams and this company; intrigued to try more as the pigments are exciting. Impressed with customer service.

Alexandrite
This aptly named multichrome cream shadow is just like the gemstone, which happens to be my favorite. I stalked this one for ages, waiting for it to be restocked. It's simply gorgeous, flashing that deep teal-to-purple shift on the curve of lid. The formula is excellent, easy to work with, comfortable, long wearing. I put a small bead on the back of my hand and pick it up with a flat shader brush to smooth it onto the lid, then buff the edges a bit to blend. That application makes it completely opaque, a high shine metallic, truly foiled - very dramatic! Once it dries down, it doesn't budge. It can also be sheered out with a dense blending brush for a fun one and done look. I've even applied it as eyeliner for a subtle pop with a more work-appropriate look. This shadow compliments my alexandrite earrings perfectly... or maybe it's my earrings complimenting my eye look! There's a good reason why this is so often out of stock - it's the most stunning multichrome & formula on the market.

Alexandrite
It really is Alexandrite! That's my favorite stone - who doesn't love teal and deep royal purple?! The formula is outstanding - it applies beautifully as a true metallic, a chrome-like finish. Allows you to swipe and blend edges before drying down as completely immovable placement. The curvature of the eye shows of this brilliant multi-chrome shade. I love SG cream shadows because you can do a perfect cut crease and halo without needing concealer. I always use cream/liquid shapes because you can get wonderfully opaque pigmented metallic, shimmer, or glitter without the mess of fallout. Waited months for this one to go back in stock and it was absolutely worth it!

Beautiful liquid shadow
This is a beautiful color. The shade shifting is amazing. You get a lot of product. Maybe have half sizes for less money as an option.

It's in the name
This really looks like an alexandrite gemstone. Absolutely stunning and the shift is quite visible in different lighting conditions. Looks amazing on brown eyes.
