Awkward Silence is a multi-faceted cream shadow with a blue base that appears more taupe purple with flecks of yellow gold that catch the light and reflect a strong golden tone. Large mica gives the appearance of glitter.
These shadows are made to dry down to a smudge proof finish, they are not waterproof but they will last all day on the lids.
How to Apply: Put a dab (a little goes a long way) on the back of your hand or makeup palette, and use a fluffy flat (not dense) lid brush, and brush it onto the lids. They do dry fairly quickly so work 1 eye at a time. After it has dried down, and you find that you have missed a spot or it isn't as perfect as you would like, don't be afraid to rub gently back and forth - seriously it won't mess it up.

Sparkly
This is my first time using a cream shadow. I ordered 3 shades and this was my favorite. It’s beautiful, easy to apply and dries down quickly. No fall out and loads of sparkle/shine. Only issue was wearing it on a cold, windy day. My eyes teared up and the shadow washed away. I think if you wear it on a dry eye day, or bring it to reapply if needed, it’s stunning!!!!

Unique duochrome, Cool gray with gold glitter
This is a cool gray taupe with both shimmer and chunks of gold glitter, which I found to be prone to fallout (hence 4 rather than 5 stars). A bit much for my N10 complexion and the coolness made me look a bit undead… but for those who can handle high contrast grunge looks or love cool taupes, give it a try!

Awkward Silence Cream Shadow
This is a really neutral opaque bronze shimmer with a LOT of sparkle that really doesn't show up in the photos. Definitely good for a one shadow look or as the spotlight shadow for a night out. This has more sparkle than I'm able to wear to work but I wear it everywhere else. No budging and no sparkle fallout before or after it sets.

golden blue ocean under the sun's rays
This color is amazing...don't trust the pictures on the website, they are much more real the posts on instagram. I don't love blues, but if you have hazel/green eyes it's yours: a golden, amber based blue glow that goes perfectly with sunbeam and pops up with orangy-red colors. Think of a golden beach and the sea under the sun....

I'm buying a backup.
This shade and finish is so unique, I have many cream shadows from various brands, but nothing like this. It's a lighter taupe color with an ethereal sheen and the perfect amount of gold sparkle. If taupes/ natural / smoky shades are your thing, you'll love this.
