Blonde brow gel
I was not sure what this would offer but so glad I bought! Never dry very pigmented and goes on smoothly but dries to keep the brown hairs down. I have what I affectionately call bald spots in my brows and this pigment lays on that area filling it in so well! Not cakey or stiff. Will repurchase again!!
