***Silk Mica is natural and is similar to sericite mica, but it is silkier, whiter, and offers a soft, smooth texture.
***Boron Nitride is a soft, silky, white mineral powder that adds slip and adhesion to a product. Boron Nitride is soft, adds supreme creaminess to the powder, and is a natural, inert mineral.
***Carnauba Wax Mica is Sericite Mica that has been surface treated with Carnauba Wax; the wax coating helps bind the particles, so the formulas have less fly away when pressed.
***Titanium Dioxide is a natural mineral used to whiten, and it makes a product more opaque.
***Magnesium Stearate is a chemical compound of Magnesium (element, same as in vitamins) and Stearate (plant-derived).
***Magnesium Myristate is the combination of Magnesium (a mineral) and Myristate, a fatty acid (naturally occurring). Magnesium Myristate will add adhesion, slip, a soft feel, and will help to repel water.
***Zinc Stearate is made from natural and essential raw materials.
***Fractionated Coconut Oil (we use this to bind our powders) - fraction of coconut oil comprised mainly of Capric and Caprylic Acid, thus giving it more of an antioxidant and disinfecting effect. Fractionated Coconut Oil has a long shelf life, stability, and rancidity resistance.
***Colored Micas add color, shimmer, and shine to the product.
***Nylon12 is a powder we use to help with slip in some of our deeper, more pigmented shades.
***Oxides are natural minerals and add color to the product; they also help to make the product opaque.
***Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol - Preservative we use to preserve our eyeshadows and make them last longer.

Game over
I have medium tan skin and this is an incredible metallic olive green. Its extremely pigmented although it doesnt feel as smooth when applied with my finger like the other pressed pigments. This is great as a pop of colour but it's game over when paired with a smokey eye.

Commission eye shadow
I like this shade a lot. It is shiny but not glittery, if that makes sense. It looks really good on my skin tone- I was worried that it might be too dull but it's not.

Nice color!! I’m with a tan complexion so this is a nice one and done shadow. Reminds me of Nudestix’s Magnetic Luminous Eye Color in Queen Olive.

Sydney Grace shadows are consistently great quality (think ABH formula) and "commission" is no exception!!!! This shade is a medium deep olive green base with lighter olive/gold shimmer. Keep in mind that this shade is more of a metallic as opposed to a glittery finish. It is very similar to "recruit" (also from Sydney Grace) except that "recruit" is the lighter base and lighter gold/green reflect version.

Great sumptuous olive dupe
This is a great dupe for Mac sumptuous olive! Since it doesn’t come in a “container” I put it in my used Mac container and that works perfectly:-)

Shiny goodness
The picture doesn’t do it justice. Very pigmented, creamy on the eyelids, I use it on my center eyelids to get a put-together look in a few seconds.

Love the shift in this color
This picture looks more like "Light my World" than commission. This is more like a greenish gold that pairs like a dream with golds and greens.
