A light powder blue with a metallic finish.
These shadows are made to dry down to a smudge proof finish, they are not waterproof but they will last all day on the lids.
How to Apply: Put a dab (a little goes a long way) on the back of your hand or makeup palette, and use a fluffy flat (not dense) lid brush, and brush it onto the lids. They do dry fairly quickly so work 1 eye at a time. After it has dried down, and you find that you have missed a spot or it isn't as perfect as you would like, don't be afraid to rub gently back and forth - seriously it won't mess it up.

Very pretty
Just picked this one up to go with my “Frozen” looks that I do in the winter and it is so pretty! I just used it a few days ago topped with sea foam matte and it was very nice, so you don’t have to just pair it with blue!

Cool Breeze
Finally tried this shadow, as always quality is amazing and application is pretty easy. The color is definitely more vibrant blue, it looks almost like a cream shadow version of Juggler. Really pretty.

This shadow is more vibrant in person. Not really powder blue but a light blue with a lovely silver reflect. Perfect for spring and summer.

Better than Stila liquid eyeshadows
Let me start by saying I love liquid eyeshadows. I wear them all the time. I layer them under powder shadow to make my look last longer and it works. I prefer shimmer to glitter and these liquid eyeshadows are perfection. First a little goes a long way. Like they tell you in application a little OMG the back of your hand then blend with a flat brush and they dry pretty fast. You don’t need a shadow over top that’s how opaque this liquid eyeshadow is but I like layering and while I am sure they have a beautiful shade that could match cool breeze I love pulling out my Juvia’s Place Magic palette and using Yemoja over top. Stays all day and you get tons of product A+! Love it
