Product Overview
This is a deep army green that leans more brown than green.
Ingredients: Silk Mica (Mica (77019), Boron Nitride, L-Lysine Mica (Mica 77019 and Lauroyl Lysine), Carnauba Mica (Mica 77019 and Carnauba Wax), Magnesium Stearate, Magnesium Myristate, Zinc Stearate ((+/- Mica (77019), Fractionated Coconut Oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Chromium Hydroxide Green (CI77289), Chromium Green (CI77288), Iron Oxide (CI 77499, 77491, 77492), Tin Oxide (CI 778161), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Ferric Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Ultramarines (77007), Silica, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Zinc (CI 77947), Bronze and Copper Powder (CI 77400), Nylon 12, Carmine (75470), Aluminum (77000) Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, and Hexylene Glycol
***Silk Mica is natural and is similar to sericite mica, but it is silkier, whiter, and offers a soft, smooth texture.
***Boron Nitride is a soft, silky, white mineral powder that adds slip and adhesion to a product. Boron Nitride is soft, adds supreme creaminess to the powder, and is a natural, inert mineral.
***Carnauba Wax Mica is Sericite Mica that has been surface treated with Carnauba Wax; the wax coating helps bind the particles, so the formulas have less fly away when pressed.
***Titanium Dioxide is a natural mineral used to whiten, and it makes a product more opaque.
***Magnesium Stearate is a chemical compound of Magnesium (element, same as in vitamins) and Stearate (plant-derived).
***Magnesium Myristate is the combination of Magnesium (a mineral) and Myristate, a fatty acid (naturally occurring). Magnesium Myristate will add adhesion, slip, a soft feel, and will help to repel water.
***Zinc Stearate is made from natural and essential raw materials.
***Fractionated Coconut Oil (we use this to bind our powders) - fraction of coconut oil comprised mainly of Capric and Caprylic Acid, thus giving it more of an antioxidant and disinfecting effect. Fractionated Coconut Oil has a long shelf life, stability, and rancidity resistance.
***Colored Micas add color, shimmer, and shine to the product.
***Nylon12 is a powder we use to help with slip in some of our deeper, more pigmented shades.
***Oxides are natural minerals and add color to the product; they also help to make the product opaque.
***Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol - Preservative we use to preserve our eyeshadows and make them last longer.
We offer a seven-day 100% money-back guarantee.

WOW!!
So I haven't been able to do a nice smoky olive green look in a while. I used to back in the early 2000s but I feel like smoky, deep, muted greens are more rare and are harder to come by now. There are a few that can be found in palettes, such as what can be seen in Melt's smoke sessions or gemini palettes. However, I was looking for a pigmented single, instead of an expensive palette, when I would not even use all of the shades. This shade is absolutely perfect for deepening up your outer corner, which is my personal preference because I feel like that concentrated deepness allows my eyes to appear less round, more shapely. It is such a beautiful illusion. I am not sure if this would do great as a lid shade or as a crease shade, as it does seem to lean very cool toned brown when blended out. For only $5 though, I would definitely recommend you at least give it a try!

A nice brownish olive
This shade is very pretty, it pulls very brown on my fair olive skin tone, so the green is not as prominent. It’s nice and deep and while the texture feels nice and blends out on the outer corner, it is a touch dry sometimes and might not sheer out super evenly.

I love seeing these army green colors on the circuit lately. It’s a gorgeous matte color that truly goes with anything. To me, it gives me that grunge rocker look yet still super sophisticated. Does that make sense? I love to pair this with a mauve lid , general in my outer corner & smoked out under my eyes. It’s such a great look.

Too pigmented to blend?
I was really disappointed in this one... I wanted to play with color theory using Smoke Sessions dupes, and this one just had a really hard time blending over both a primer base and powder-set base. It's a great tone to use against a seafoam green, but more for detail work than deepening.

It's the perfect green brown (more brown) shade, just like it says in the previous review - so swampy, so grungy ! Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to work with and great SG quality we're all used to :) The taken away stars before are a bit misleading since the eyeshadow quality and color are really good. If you think of getting it do so.

Loving this gorgeous swampiness
The color is stunning and I prefer it to the similar color in the Melt palette. Re the 1 Star reviews, I’m baffled that some would blast a business because an eyeshadow arrives damaged. One. Eyeshadow. I’ve stopped counting the number of times the USPS has lost or mis-delivered packages or delivered damaged makeup. Powder cosmetics obviously are delicate and can easily shatter, especially when in a single. All anyone needs to do is contact the seller for a replacement. The SG team is lovely, professional, and accessible. They consistently produce terrific products at an amazing price, as well as first-rate customer service and fat better return policies than many other brands, including larger ones. I’ve bought from the brand at least 10 times and every time I’ve received a package, it has been carefully packed. SG deserves the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to provide a replacement before receiving a public swipe about something that may not even have been the brand’s fault.

Another gorgeous, creamy matte from SG. This brand continues to astonish and I’m so glad Temptalia has been reviewing. SG deserves it. Regarding the 1 Star review, I understand the frustration when something arrives shattered, but I’ve never had this happen with SG and I own an embarrassing # of these eyeshadows. It’s just unfair to blame the brand or product because of how one eyeshadow survived shipping. Rather than posting a terrible negative review, I hope people will (if they have a problem) contact SG. Customer Service is stellar. I’m sure they would replace it. They you could review the product, instead of shipping (or most likely, the USPS).

Shade General
Same thing happened to me. Love the color but it arrived broken into several pieces.

Beautiful color but arrived completely shattered
One of two shadows that arrived broken. Another appears to not be completely filled. I love the color, but never had the chance to use because it made a completely mess on my vanity. It is everywhere.
