Tiny Marvels was a special project curated and brought to life by the late very talented Mel Thompson. With the blessing of her family, we want to continue to share her love, creativity, and passion with others. As a way to show our love and support, we are donating a portion of the proceeds from this palette directly to Mel's family.
The artwork for this palette was done by Mel's friend and tattoo artist Pat Bennett (Red Nimbus Tattoo Club, Murfreesboro, TN) and reflects Mel's love for bugs and colorful tattoos.

Ingredients: Silk Mica (Mica (77019), Boron Nitride, Carnauba Mica (Mica 77019 and Carnauba Wax), Magnesium Stearate, Magnesium Myristate, Zinc Stearate ((+/- Mica (77019), Fractionated Coconut Oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Chromium Green (CI77288), Iron Oxide (CI 77499, 77491, 77492), Tin Oxide (CI 778161), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Ferric Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Ultramarines (77007), Aluminum (77000), (Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, and Hexylene Glycol)).
***Silk Mica is natural and is similar to sericite mica, but it is silkier, whiter, and offers a soft, smooth texture.
***Boron Nitride is a soft, silky, white mineral powder that adds slip and adhesion to a product. Boron Nitride is soft and adds supreme creaminess to the powder, and is a natural, inert mineral.
***Carnauba Wax Mica is Sericite Mica that has been surface treated with Carnauba Wax, the wax coating helps bind the particles, so the formulas have less fly away when pressed.
***Titanium Dioxide is a natural mineral used to whiten, and it makes a product more opaque.
***Magnesium Stearate is a chemical compound of Magnesium (element, same as in vitamins) and Stearate (plant-derived).
***Magnesium Myristate is the combination of Magnesium (a mineral) and Myristate, a fatty acid (naturally occurring). Magnesium Myristate will add adhesion, slip, soft feel, and helps to repel water.
***Zinc Stearate made from natural and essential raw material.
***Fractionated Coconut Oil (we use this to bind our powders) - fraction of coconut oil comprised mainly of Capric and Caprylic Acid, thus giving it more of an antioxidant and disinfecting effect. Fractionated Coconut Oil has a long shelf life, stability, and rancidity resistance.
***Colored Micas add color, shimmer, and shine to the product.
***Nylon12 is a powder we use to help with the slip in some of our deeper, more pigmented shades.
***Oxides are natural minerals and add color to the product, also helps with making the product opaque.
***Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol - Preservative we use to preserve our eyeshadows and make them last longer.

So-So
I finally got this after trying to get it the first two times I heard it was available. The artwork on the packaging is so nice and I was happy to help support Mel’s family with this purchase. The shadows are a major disappointment for me. The amount of the shadows is crazy good but the actual shadow performance is really poor. I have tried with and without eye primer and this just has no longevity or vibrancy. Everything looks muddy and the same. The shimmers are actually great when you first put them on and then an hour later you wonder where the vibrancy went. I am really bummed because I really wanted to love these and except for the artwork, this is a disappointing purchase.

Perfection
Sydney Grace has the most amazing, flawless, and easy formula in existence. I am honored to own this palette inspired by this brand, the love of makeup, and the uniqueness of a very special soul. Love you always and forever Mel.

Beautiful Palette
Purple was a bit hard to work with, but everything else was top notch as always. So glad I bought this palette. Stunning. Pictures do not really do it justice.

A Palette Will Forever Live in My Collection
I bought it as part of my grieving over Mel, and I was shocked at how much I love it. I'm not new to Sydney Grace's formula but was reminded of how wonderful her formula is -- pigmented and very easy to blend, can go from soft to glam. The color story is quite wearable actually and very interesting to play with. It inspires me to create different looks every time I use it.

The best eyeshadow palette
This eyeshadow palette is gorgeous. The artwork is beautiful, the quality is exceptional, the colors are amazing and true to color. They last all day long on me, even longer than more expensive palettes.
