Tiny Marvels was a special project curated and brought to life by the late very talented Mel Thompson. With the blessing of her family, we want to continue to share her love, creativity, and passion with others. As a way to show our love and support, we are donating a portion of the proceeds from this palette directly to Mel's family.
The artwork for this palette was done by Mel's friend and tattoo artist Pat Bennett (Red Nimbus Tattoo Club, Murfreesboro, TN) and reflects Mel's love for bugs and colorful tattoos.

This palette contains fifteen 2 gram eyeshadows for a total of 30 grams.

Ingredients: Silk Mica (Mica (77019), Boron Nitride, Carnauba Mica (Mica 77019 and Carnauba Wax), Magnesium Stearate, Magnesium Myristate, Zinc Stearate ((+/- Mica (77019), Fractionated Coconut Oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Chromium Green (CI77288), Iron Oxide (CI 77499, 77491, 77492), Tin Oxide (CI 778161), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Ferric Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Ultramarines (77007), Aluminum (77000), (Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, and Hexylene Glycol)).
***Silk Mica is natural and is similar to sericite mica, but it is silkier, whiter, and offers a soft, smooth texture.
***Boron Nitride is a soft, silky, white mineral powder that adds slip and adhesion to a product. Boron Nitride is soft and adds supreme creaminess to the powder, and is a natural, inert mineral.
***Carnauba Wax Mica is Sericite Mica that has been surface treated with Carnauba Wax, the wax coating helps bind the particles, so the formulas have less fly away when pressed.
***Titanium Dioxide is a natural mineral used to whiten, and it makes a product more opaque.
***Magnesium Stearate is a chemical compound of Magnesium (element, same as in vitamins) and Stearate (plant-derived).
***Magnesium Myristate is the combination of Magnesium (a mineral) and Myristate, a fatty acid (naturally occurring). Magnesium Myristate will add adhesion, slip, soft feel, and helps to repel water.
***Zinc Stearate made from natural and essential raw material.
***Fractionated Coconut Oil (we use this to bind our powders) - fraction of coconut oil comprised mainly of Capric and Caprylic Acid, thus giving it more of an antioxidant and disinfecting effect. Fractionated Coconut Oil has a long shelf life, stability, and rancidity resistance.
***Colored Micas add color, shimmer, and shine to the product.
***Nylon12 is a powder we use to help with the slip in some of our deeper, more pigmented shades.
***Oxides are natural minerals and add color to the product, also helps with making the product opaque.
***Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol - Preservative we use to preserve our eyeshadows and make them last longer.

I put off buying this pallet forever, but when Mel passed I decided it was something that I wanted to have in my collection. I so wish I had purchased this pallet when it came out. It has quickly become one of my go to, every day, easy where pallets.

So glad this will be available again. I bought this a year ago because I love SG shadows and I love the color story put together by Mel Thomson. After watching her video on how she put the palette together (from the shadow colors/names to the artwork) I knew I had to get it. As usual, the quality is excellent… bendable mattes and intense metallics. No fading throughout the day and no fallout (I use glitter glue). Mel Thompson was such a positive inspiration, she will be missed!

Quirky Design, High Quality Shadows
From the execution of the packaging (the cover art, the print, the simple sleekness), to the consistency of the eyeshadows inside, this palette is a home run. The colour story is utterly unique; somewhere between a pastel/muted rainbow/spring yet also fall appropriate/ earthy yet softly vivid palette, the possibilities are endless. Neither decidedly warm or cool toned, there's plenty to play with, without having to overthink things. A pure palette of joy, you can tell this was made with absolute LOVE. (and obviously, being Sydney Grace the shadow quality is smooth, even, creamy and easy to blend. Perfect balance between pigment and blendability). So so SO glad I stalked this palette like a hawk until it came back in stock!

Finally I have my Tiny Marvels palette, and it is certainly worth the wait. Even better in real life than I expected, I love everything about this palette, the grungy neutral shades, the amazing shimmers, the mattes that manage to be both bright and pastels, the colour scheme overall. Just perfection Mel Thompson ❤️I love Sydney Grace quality so much, but unfortunately I live in the U.K. and so I only buy once a year in the July sale because of the $ 24 shipping charge. Everything else about this company is perfection and I really wish it was sold here in the U.K.

Awesome Palette!
This is one of my favourite palettes of all-time. The colour scheme is different from the norm available at this time on the market, making it a unique palette in my collection. The formulas of all the shadows in the palette are of highest quality. They apply well and blend beautifully. I have experienced little to no fall-out when working with these shadows thus far. I have not used every colour yet but I have used most of them. Very happy with the looks achieved so far and am looking forward to creating more unique looks. I definitely recommend this palette to everyone. Well worth the money, no regrets!
