***Silk Mica is natural and is similar to sericite mica, but it is silkier, whiter, and offers a soft, smooth texture.
***Boron Nitride is a soft, silky, white mineral powder that adds slip and adhesion to a product. Boron Nitride is soft, adds supreme creaminess to the powder, and is a natural, inert mineral.
***Carnauba Wax Mica is Sericite Mica that has been surface treated with Carnauba Wax; the wax coating helps bind the particles, so the formulas have less fly away when pressed.
***Titanium Dioxide is a natural mineral used to whiten, and it makes a product more opaque.
***Magnesium Stearate is a chemical compound of Magnesium (element, same as in vitamins) and Stearate (plant-derived).
***Magnesium Myristate is the combination of Magnesium (a mineral) and Myristate, a fatty acid (naturally occurring). Magnesium Myristate will add adhesion, slip, a soft feel, and will help to repel water.
***Zinc Stearate is made from natural and essential raw materials.
***Fractionated Coconut Oil (we use this to bind our powders) - fraction of coconut oil comprised mainly of Capric and Caprylic Acid, thus giving it more of an antioxidant and disinfecting effect. Fractionated Coconut Oil has a long shelf life, stability, and rancidity resistance.
***Colored Micas add color, shimmer, and shine to the product.
***Nylon12 is a powder we use to help with slip in some of our deeper, more pigmented shades.
***Oxides are natural minerals and add color to the product; they also help to make the product opaque.
***Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol - Preservative we use to preserve our eyeshadows and make them last longer.

This is one of my first SG purchases, and it’s love! Toffee is such an appropriate name for this light yellow-brown. It’s a great crease/transition shade, and the formula is to die for. I don’t know how SG does it, but this easily rivals way more expensive brands.

Needs to be in everyone's palette
Toffee is best and favourite staple from Sydney Grace. I believe I'm going to go through this SO fast. I love the Sydney Grace matte eye shadow formula - you can't go worng.

Lighter than expected
Skintone: Fenty 420, Lancome 500w, NC55. Hair: Black Eyes: Dark brown Toffee was purchased with the hope that it would be a dupe for Juvia's Place Burkina and it wasn't. Toffee was much lighter than expected on my complexion but I couldn't find dark-skinned swatches online so took a chance. The shade was much lighter than hoped but the undertone was perfect to use for a nude eye look or color wash. The formula was silky, opaque and applied easily with little to no fallout. I am very impressed with the quality and hope to buy deeper shades of this color in the future.
