Product Overview
Sydney Grace Mineral Foundations are lightweight, full coverage powder foundations. The RU foundations are best suited for warm skin tones with red/pink undertones. For cooler skin tones with blue undertones, try our Mineral Foundations for Cool Undertones Sampler.
Our Mineral Foundation is easy to layer for a fuller coverage with skin smoothing affect, but can also be worn as a lightweight light to medium coverage. For a smooth full coverage application, use the included powder puff. If a lighter coverage is desired, we recommend our F04 Foundation Brush.
Our foundations are made with natural clean, vegan ingredients. There are no harsh chemicals, parabens, or fragrance in our foundations.
This is a set of small sample sizes to find your perfect color match. This set contains 6-7 samples with approx. 1/4-1/2tsp of product in each sample. That is enough for two or more full face applications.

Okay
I like the formula, and I’m glad I tried the sample set because I don’t know if I have a shade in this range. Might be good for neutral or red leaning but not necessarily for yellow/olive undertones.

Another phenomenal formula!
I picked up this sample set during the Xmas in July sale because I have the brands setting powder and just knew this powder formula would also be good. And I was very much spot on. The formula is silky smooth and feels fantastic on my dry sensitive skin. I didn’t find a match in this set because of how the undertones for warm are different from what I was used to. I’m warm in most mainstream brands but for SG, I am actually cool. I did pick up the cool sample set after the sale and found a very good match. However, I am so glad I had picked up this warm sample set as I found a few fantastic shades for bronzing and for contouring and was able to pick these up on the reduced price the brand had - even after the Xmas in July sale. I’m not a heavy foundation user, I tend to use more skin tints and lighter liquid formulas. The last time I had tried a loose powder foundation was Tarte Maracuja ones which had limited shades. So I knew I liked loose powder more than I do a pressed powder - when it comes to foundations. For a quick everyday look, the looose powder is perfect for people like me who like to do less with their base and just want to even out their complexion. I use blending brushes rather than denser brushes because I just want light layers. The finish of the formula is very natural with a slight glowiness so you don’t feel dry. It’s perfect in my opinion for dry and sensitive skin and dear I say for those of us on the mature side. I have tried the formula over a few different primers (NYK, Laura Mercier, and Fenty) on average it worked well but I did experience some oxidation where the shade would darken a bit - so it’s wise to test these over your preferred primers). Other than this, I found the wear to be quite good for a full eight hours- even with just using light layers with a blending brush). I have built the powdery up with more denser brushes and the accompanying powder puff - to see how it feels- even thought I would not wear it this way. I found it still felt light on the skin and did not feel drying but felt comfortable even when built up. All in all, I am quite pleased with the foundation and very happy to have the additional shades for bronzing and contouring. I really like how the brand is expanding its offerings with quality products.
