***Silk Mica is natural and is similar to sericite mica, but it is silkier, whiter, and offers a soft, smooth texture.
***Boron Nitride is a soft, silky, white mineral powder that adds slip and adhesion to a product. Boron Nitride is soft and adds supreme creaminess to the powder, and is a natural, inert mineral.
***Carnauba Wax Mica is Sericite Mica that has been surface treated with Carnauba Wax, the wax coating helps bind the particles, so the formulas have less fly away when pressed.
***Titanium Dioxide is a natural mineral used to whiten, and it makes a product more opaque.
***Magnesium Stearate is a chemical compound of Magnesium (element, same as in vitamins) and Stearate (plant-derived).
***Magnesium Myristate is the combination of Magnesium (a mineral) and Myristate, a fatty acid (naturally occurring). Magnesium Myristate will add adhesion, slip, soft feel, and helps to repel water.
***Zinc Stearate made from natural and essential raw material.
***Fractionated Coconut Oil (we use this to bind our powders) - fraction of coconut oil comprised mainly of Capric and Caprylic Acid, thus giving it more of an antioxidant and disinfecting effect. Fractionated Coconut Oil has a long shelf life, stability, and rancidity resistance.
***Colored Micas add color, shimmer, and shine to the product.
***Nylon12 is a powder we use to help with the slip in some of our deeper, more pigmented shades.
***Oxides are natural minerals and add color to the product, also helps with making the product opaque.
***Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol - Preservative we use to preserve our eyeshadows and make them last longer.

Beautifull neutral shade
The picture on this website does not do this shade any justice and it looks different here then I real life. I thought that Recruit, Cadet, Apple Poisson and Herky Bird (another fave) would all like kinda simular but that's not the case! Recruit isn't green at all compared to all the above. It's actually quite neutral but not in a way like all other average neutrals out there.. it's hard to explain but this is actually quite different from other neutrals out there. I have a lot of the same-ish neutral shades in my collection but this one is very different and a must have for all the neutral lovers out there. It's very richly pigmented (maybe a hint of warm olive but not very noticable) love the beaming sheen on this shade as well. If you have a neutral olive undertone like me, consider this shade! You can definately use it as a one and done shade. Recruit is in a somewhat same colourfamily as Sunbeam al though not that simular (still a very noticable difference between the 2).

Golden Olive
More gold than olive on its own but when paired with another olive, the olive really comes out to play.

This color is pretty similar to what is shown on the site. It is a greenish gold/silver. Its not particularly warm or cool toned. It is very nice and metallic. The formula is creamy and easy to apply and blend as usual!

I’m in love
The payoff of this eyeshadow is spectacular, like most of SG shadows. Easy 1 color look, works good with fingers and with brushes. When I am in a hurry, just put it with my fingers in the eyelid and buff it in the edges with a fluffy brush, and looks incredible. Beautiful shadow!

Perhaps it is just my monitor but this shade is much lighter and much more yellow/golden than the website's photos show. It truly is excellent in quality, better than some of my high end shadows. For less than $10 just try it dude, if you like greens I am sure you will love "recruit." Also please keep in mind that this is a metallic, not a glitter finish.

Perfect Green Shadow for Any Occasion
I am a neutral girl, so I was nervous this would be too much color for me, but this shade is so wearable! If you like the color in the first swatch, apply it with your finger. If you want more army/olive green, use NYX glitter glue or spray your brush with setting spray (it's the same effect). Then it comes out like the Cadet in the fourth swatch. I couldn't decided between Recruit or Cadet, but I am SO happy I ordered Recruit.

I love to collect unique interesting eyeshadows and this is such a gem. Its one of those shades that are hard to describe. Its stunning and the quality is superb as per usual. No fall out, no probs in application ( I do prefer a sponge or a finger though for this type of foiled shades regardless of the brand), stayed all day, perfect!
